Act 13, the law governing how educators (including principals) are evaluated, is now in effect for the 2021-2022 school year. The Pennsylvania Principals Association has been instrumental in positive changes that were incorporated into this “refresh” of Educator Effectiveness. In this webinar, Executive Director, Dr. Eric Eshbach, sits down with Judy Baumgardner, a former principal and member of the PA Principals Association. Judy now serves as a contractor with the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) and has helped in the development and roll-out of Act 13.
