Survey – PA Kindergarten Entry Assessment- Administrator and Teacer Version

Please take part in a research project to assess current practices for kindergarten entry assessment in Pennsylvania publicly-funded K5 classrooms. This project is being conducted by Anne Katona Linn, M.Ed, BCBA for a Doctoral Degree in Educational Psychology in the Department of Learning Sciences and Human Development at WVU under the supervision/mentorship of Cecil M. Smith, Ph.D., (304.293.2174) a professor in the College of Education and Human Services. Your participation in this project is greatly appreciated and will take approximately 15 minutes to complete the online survey.
