Conemaugh Valley teacher Michelle Miller said education funding sparked by the COVID-19 pandemic is easing the pain of dealing with the impact of the coronavirus on classrooms and learning. That’s thanks to the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief funding, school officials said.
