Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Secretary Rick Siger has announced the Commonwealth Financing Authority (CFA) approved guidelines for the new $100 million Public School Facility Improvement Grant Program, which will provide grants to public school districts and area career and technical schools for eligible facility improvement projects.
