On Wednesday, Julie Walker was on hand to witness the state Senate pass legislation named in honor of her daughter Peyton Walker, who died of cardiac arrest at age 19. The legislation, sponsored by Sen. Mike Regan, R-Cumberland/York counties, passed by a 48-0 vote. It now goes to the House of Representatives for consideration.
