U.S. Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos visited the Harrisburg Catholic Elementary School as part of her back-to-school tour. Her visit comes after Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf vetoed a bill that, similarly, would have nearly doubled the amount of tax credits the state makes available to businesses and other donors who make gifts to scholarship funds for private, parochial and other schools.
