It is not too late to sign-up for Education Law Day at Penn State on Friday Sept 25. There are still some registration spaces available. The keynote speaker will be Thomas Gentzel, the Executive Director for National School Boards Association. He will be speaking about future developments and legal concerns for education.  

The 2015 Education Law Day will have a choice of topics in the afternoon dealing with special education or dealing with emerging legal concerns in athletics. Dr. David Bateman will be speaking in the afternoon special education strand and awarding three copies of his new book, A Principal’s Guide to Special Education, will also be available for purchase at a reduced rate ($36.95 payable and available at the Law Day). Giveaways will be provided at each event ending Education Law Day.
