Pennsylvania schools to reap $11 billion in rewards; taxpayers questioning if its money well spent

Governor Josh Shapiro went back to school today to tout the historic $11 billion coming to Pennsylvania schools this year, however questions are still being asked about whether taxpayers’ dollars are well-spent.
