The PENNSYLVANIA ASSOCIATION OF SCHOOL PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATORS is holding a HR Boot Camp (on-site academy or webinar), “Employee Investigation and Discipline,” at the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit, 2 West Lafayette Street, Norristown, PA 19401, on Monday, December 3, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

(On-site registration 8:30 a.m.)

 Intended Audience: HR administrators, superintendents, principals, supervisors

 This academy is designed for individuals who could potentially be involved in an employee investigation.  John Knebl, PASPA Consultant, will present reasons to conduct an investigation, describe the process for conducting an investigation, and provide options for disciplinary action. There will also be an opportunity to observe or participate in a simulated investigation.
