Legislation aimed at restoring arrest powers for school police that was inadvertently taken away in a school safety law enacted last summer won passage in the Senate on Wednesday. A spokesman for Gov. Tom Wolf said he will make a determination as to whether he will sign it if or when it reaches his desk.
