The National Mentor Training and Certification Program™ provides a highly structured and interactive professional learning opportunity that integrates research-based best practices with an educator’s knowledge and experiences. The curriculum is strategically aligned with the Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (PSEL), NAESP’s Mentor Competencies, and NAESP’s new 2019 edition of Leading Learning Communities: Pillars, Practices, and Priorities for Effective Principals. The result? A cadre of trained mentors whose expertise is channeled to support emerging school leaders.
