This webinar, ‘Being An Effective Pre-K-3rd Grade Principal’ to be held on March 11, 2021 at 4:00 PM ET, will provide an overview of the National Association of Elementary School Principals’ (NAESP) newly released and updated Leading Learning Communities: A Principal’s Guide to Early Learning and the Early Grades (Pre-K-3rd Grade). This guide is intended to encourage elementary principals to deepen their own knowledge and skills related to Pre-K-3rd grade, and to provide specific guidance for principals to become more effective leaders on behalf of young children. Effective leadership of Pre-K-3rd grade requires substantive expertise about child development and instructional practices that support young learners.
