The presenters will discuss Literacy Education for All, Results for the Nation (LEARN), which provides federal support to states to develop, revise, or update comprehensive literacy instruction plans to ensure high-quality instruction in reading and writing from early education through grade 12. Other focus areas include digital learning and personalization under Title IV of ESSA, and the requirement that states work with districts to provide effective student transitions to middle and high school.
