Letter to House Education Committee in Support of Senate Bill 1095

The PA Principals Association, the PA Schools Boards Association, the PA State Education Association and the PA Association of School Administrators have sent a letter to the House Education Committee in Support of Senate Bill 1095, Graduate Requirements.
Dear Representative:
On behalf of school leaders and educators across the state, we are writing to request your support for Senate Bill 1095 and Amendment A09320. The amendment represents extensive bipartisan and bicameral collaboration with the education community to finally resolve the long-standing debate on Pennsylvania’s graduation requirements. The proposal will provide multiple pathways for students to demonstrate readiness for graduation instead of relying Keystone Exams as the sole consideration of student success.
