The majority of Pennsylvania public schools are headed over a fiscal cliff in the next five years. Although many have lauded the $210 million increase in education funding in the new state budget, a report issued earlier this year indicates it is not nearly enough to stave off a looming fiscal crisis in Pennsylvania public schools.
