PDE’s newly-developed Handbook for Secure Test Administration is now available on the PDE website (Keystone Exams – Administration Materials or PSSA- Other Materials – Test Administration Materials). It is also available on eDIRECT (General Information > Documents > 2015-2016 Winter Keystone Exams > Manuals).  This handbook, referenced in the online PSTAT training, defines the roles and responsibilities of the District Assessment Coordinator, School Assessment Coordinator and Test Administrator before testing, during testing and after testing. District Assessment Coordinators are strongly encouraged to provide all assessment coordinators and Test Administrators access to the Handbook for Secure Test Administration before the administration of the 2015-2016 Winter Keystone Exams.
