Brynn Gleason is standing up for education funding by standing out. Working with Fairview SD (Erie Co.) administrators, the 17-year-old Fairview High School junior organized Stand Out for Education, an effort to keep the spotlight on public education funding after the 2015-16 state budget stalemate.
