Thanks to your efforts the CRomnibus cleared the first hurdle by passing the House last night! However, the Senate still needs to pass the CRomnibus and a vote in the Senate could come as early as today (Friday).  Last night, both the House and Senate approved a two day Continuing Resolution to keep the government up and running, however that expires on Saturday so the Senate must act by then.

On behalf of the nation’s secondary school principals, I urge you to vote YES on H.R. 83, the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2015. While the CRomnibus is not a perfect bill, it will provide needed investments in foundational education programs such as Title I and IDEA, and a level of fiscal stability and certainty to our nation’s students, schools, teachers and principals.
