The governor’s budget proposal this year mirrors last year’s with Tom Wolf once again seeking top dollar for public education in Pennsylvania. Legislators settled with Wolf a year ago on a lower figure that still resulted in a historic level of funding. Should that come to pass again, Pennsylvania’s poorest schools again stand to benefit.
