Area Congressmen Brian Fitzpatrick and Brendan Boyle are co-sponsors of a bill that would increase the federal share of special education funding from 14% to 40% in 10 years. The two Congressmen were part of a panel discussion on the proposed law Wednesday night at William Tennent High School in Warminster.
