Nearly all of Erie County’s 13 school districts have lined up to oppose a piece of school-choice legislation that could reshape the finances of public and private schools statewide. The districts, like their counterparts throughout Pennsylvania, are waiting to see what happens next in Harrisburg with the legislation, called state Senate Bill 2.
