State Gets One-Year Waiver Using PSSA Scores to Measure School Performance, Teacher Ratings

The scores from the Pennsylvania System of School Assessment tests given in the spring won’t be used for federal accountability or teacher evaluation under a new one-year waiver granted by the U.S. Department of Education.
