Rep. Glen Grell (R-Cumberland) [this morning] unveiled a three-point pension reform plan which will reform the state’s two major pension systems and ensure their future is secure. The plan will be introduced soon in two pieces of legislation, one which creates a new retirement benefit tier for future employees and the other will institute a limited plan of borrowing.
