Pennsylvania Senate passes bill that requires moment of silence for 9/11 victims in public schools

On Friday, legislation introduced by state Rep. Jim Haddock (D-118, Pittston Twp.) passed in the state Senate to make sure those who died in largest terrorist attack in U.S. history continue to remembered and honored in public schools.
